3rd Edition Of LITCON 2017

 We are pleased to inform you that the 3rd edition of LITCON 2017 being organized by Technology Centre (APTDC) of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) - A one-day conference on IP Litigation with theme ‘Evolving Landscape of IP Litigation in India & Abroad’ scheduled on 24 November 2017 at Hotel Ramada Plaza, Chennai.

Session Focus :
The main objective of LITCON 2017 is to create a platform for Companies and IP Lawyers to understand IP disputes, trends and resolution methodologies, cost effective strategies for managing IPR litigation in Multi-Jurisdictions, and preventive mechanisms to minimize the effects of any such litigation.

The Objectives of the Conference are to:
