Know India Programme

The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India is organizing Know India Programme (KIP) from 5th May to 01st June, 2016, t familiarize Indian Diaspora youth with India's culture, heritage and also with contemporary India. Duration of the KIP is of 25 days, of which partipants will spend nearly 10 days in a select State.

The highlight of this year's KIP is a tour of MAharashtra, on board the luxury train "Deccan Odyssey".

This programme is open only for Indian origin Daspora youth in age group of 18-26 years. NRIs (Indian Passport holders) are not eligible. Preference would be given to PIOs who have not visited India so far.

Completed application forms should be submitted by the PIOs to Embassy of India, Beirut, latest by 7th April 2016.
