Curtain-raiser For The 7th International Day Of Yoga

Embassy of India, Beirut in association with Art of Living, Lebanon conducted a special Yoga session in run up to the 7th International Day of Yoga. The special session focused on boosting immunity and respiratory heath in fight against Covid-19 and other respiratory illnesses. Members of the Embassy took part in the special Yoga session which was led by acclaimed Lebanese Yoga instructor Ms Dana Shamseddin from Art of Living, Lebanon.
