We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals &Fertilizers, Government of India, in association with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), is organizing the 3rd Edition of INDIA PHARMA 2018 & INDIA MEDICAL DEVICE 2018 -International Exhibition & Conference on Pharmaceutical Industry & Medical Device at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru, Karnataka from February 15-17, 2018.

The 3rd edition will have the following components:

A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) with delegations from CIS, AFRICA, SAARC, Middle East, will be organized during India Pharma’2018 and India Medical Device’2018. They will arrange B2B meetings of these Buyers, Manufacturers, Importers, Investors with the exhibitors to establish business linkages and enhance trade. The event will provide a platform to global investment community to connect with stakeholders in the Pharma and Medical Device sector in India, Central and State Governments, leading business leaders and top executives from the industry, academics and experts from the world.

As a part of hospitality, they shall be pleased to provide 5-star hotel accommodation for 3 nights in India (near to the event venue) and local hospitalities to the Hosted Foreign Delegates for their visit to India Pharma and India Medical Device’2018.

The tentative deadlines for Hosting Foreign Delegates are as below:

1.	Last date for receipt of recommended delegate complete details from Indian missions abroad, Foreign missions in India and Industry leaders.	30-DEC-2017.
2.	Preliminary shortlisting and compilation of list of Invitees by FICCI.	5-JANUARY 2018.
3.	FICCI request email to shortlisted delegates to register on event website within 7 days with complete profile, photograph and copy of valid passport. Concerned mission will be copied in this mail to enable immediate follow-up.	6-JAN-2018 TO 10-JAN-2018.
4.	After both ‘Registration Received Successfully’ and ‘Registration as Hosted Delegate is Approved’ emails are sent to selected delegates on registered email, Visa Invitation Letter along with Tentative Hotel detail will be sent by FICCI with a copy to Indian High Commission. Selected Delegates to immediately apply for VISA at Indian Embassy/ High Commission. VISA fee to be borne by the delegates.	11-JAN-2018 TO 20-JAN-2018.
5.	Receipt of VISA by FICCI	25 JAN’2018
6.	Last date of Receipt of scanned copy of VISA by FICCI. Kindly note that Accommodation details shall be mailed to the delegate ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF A COPY OF VALID VISA. Kindly note that ACCOMODATION shall be cancelled and the registration fee forfeited, in case of non-receipt of visa copy on time.	30-JAN-2018.
7.	Intimation from FICCI about Airport pick-up facilities to welcome delegates	BY 5-FEB-2018.
