CII Annual Session 2019

We are pleased to inform you that Shri Arun Jaitley, Hon’ble Minister of Finance & Corporate Affairs, Government of India has kindly agreed to deliver the Inaugural Address at the CII Annual Session 2019. Since independence, India has traversed a long growth journey that has four distinct upward structural breaks. As it completes 75 years of its nationhood, an inclusively developing India can contribute to an inclusive and sustainable world through economic strength, technological vitality and moral leadership. This will be the India of the fifth stage of its development, or India 5.0. The Annual Session will take cognizance of the multiple trends impacting India’s development journey and would foster informed and energetic discussions on managing these strands for best outcomes for itself as well as for the world at large.
