2nd Edition of International Exhibition and Conference on AYUSH and Wellness

It is to notify that INTERNATIONAL AROGYA 2019 – 2nd Edition of International Exhibition and Conference on AYUSH and Wellness, being jointly organized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, Pharmexcil and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) from 5th– 8th December 2019 at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi. The event is supported by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and various AYUSH organizations.

            AYUSH - acronym for Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha-Sowa-Rigpa and Homoeopathy are comprehensive scientific systems of medicine which are being practiced in India. The present and emerging crucial challenges to healthcare and medicine like Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), lifestyle disorders, long term diseases, multi drug resistant diseases & many new diseases have necessitated the use of all the available systems of medicine – whether conventional (bio-medical or allopathic) or traditional as far as they are beneficial. India has long history and culture running over 5000 years of using traditional medicines for health care and developing them with modern scientific outlook.  Yoga which is drug less therapy, has already become the icon of Global Health and many Countries have started integrating this therapy in their health care delivery systems.

            The 1st successful Edition of International Arogya 2017 witnessed the participation from more than 150 exhibitors from the AYUSH and wellness industry and 218 Hosted Foreign Delegates from 56 countries. Over 6200 structured B2B meetings were held between Exhibitors and Hosted Foreign Delegates during the event.

            INTERNATIONAL AROGYA 2019 is being organized with an objective to promote the Traditional Systems of Medicine and Wellness at a Global level. This four-day Comprehensive event will feature Exhibition with participation of all major AYUSH organizations, Conference, Exclusive International Regulators’ Meet, CEOs’ Roundtable Meet, Farmers’ Meetfor interaction of farmers with the manufacturers of AYUSH products to encourage the contract farming and Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM). We are inviting and providing hospitalities to over 350 delegates from more than 60 countries of Africa, Middle East, CIS and SAARC during the event.

            A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet with delegations of wellness and healthcare sector will be organized during INTERNATIONAL AROGYA 2019 with the objective of developing strategic partnerships and scientific variation of Indian System of medicine in the global context and to promote and strengthen awareness and interest about AYUSH.  INTERNATIONAL AROGYA 2019 will help to foster interaction of stakeholders and market development of AYUSH at international level.

            The organizers will be inviting representatives from the following categories to as Hosted Foreign Delegate for the event:

2.    Government Officials from Ministry of Health

3.    AYUSH Practitioners

4.    Major Buyers / Importers of AYUSH products

5.    Organization / Individuals willing to set up their AYUSH institutions

6.    Medical trade journalists

            As a part of hospitality, the organizers will be pleased to provide both side economy class air tickets with shortest route, 5-star hotel accommodation for 4 nights in India (near to the event venue) and other suitable arrangements to the Hosted Foreign Delegates for their visit to International Arogya 2019 event.

            Interested businessmen, professionals and Buyers are requested to contact Embassy of India, Beirut at the earliest with all relevant details and registration particulars so as to recommend the cases for extending invitation as Hosted Buyers by the Organizers in India, before 30th June 2019

            The organizers will host the invitees on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS and subject to appropriateness of profile and approval by the screening committee. A token cash amount of USD 100/- against refundable registration fee shall be payable by all the approved delegates upon arrival to India.
