15TH FICCI HIGHER EDUCATION SUMMIT 2019 (FHES 2019) 27-29 Nov 2019 At New Delhi

We are pleased to inform you that FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019 (FHES 2019), the upcoming 15th Edition of International Summit on Higher Education will be held from 27 – 29 November, 2019 at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi, INDIA.. The event is being jointly organized by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) & Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

FICCI - Higher Education Summit 2019, in addition to policy deliberations, shall focus on developing an ecosystem for strategic partnerships in the Education Sector between India and other countries. FHES 2019 will provide a forum for international educational providers interested to partner and engage with Indian higher educational institutions and will encourage them for collaborations and partnerships.

A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) with delegations of higher education decision makers will be organized during FHES 2019 with the objective of developing strategic partnerships in the higher education sector between India and focus countries and to promote quality higher education services from India. FHES 2019 will help to bring together Indian Educational Institutions from all streams and the International audience to enable interactions and discussions to enhance existing synergies in the higher education sector.

As a part of the hospitality, they shall be pleased to provide both side economy class air tickets from the shortest route, 5-star hotel accommodation for 3 nights in India (near to the event venue) and other suitable arrangements to the Hosted Foreign Delegates for their visit to FICCI Higher Education Summit 2019.

The tentative deadlines for Hosting Foreign Delegates are as below: ‎

1.	Last date for receipt of recommended delegate complete details from Indian missions abroad, Foreign missions in India and Industry leaders.	30-JUNE-2019.
2.	Last date for receipt of online registration of recommended delegate on the event website link: http://www.ficci-hes.com/Hosted-Delegate-Registration.php .	15-JULY-2019.
3.	After both ‘Registration Received Successfully’ and ‘Registration as Hosted Delegate is Approved’ emails are sent to selected delegates on registered email, Visa Invitation Letter along with Tentative Hotel and Flight details will be sent by FICCI with a copy to Indian High Commission. Selected Delegates to immediately apply for VISA at Indian Embassy/ High Commission. VISA fee to be borne by the delegates.	15 August, 2019
4.	Last date of Receipt of scanned copy of VISA by FICCI. Kindly note that Air-Ticket and Accommodation details shall be mailed to the delegate ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF A COPY OF VALID VISA.	31-AUG-2019.
5	Booking of Air Tickets.	30-SEPT-2019.
6.	Hotel allocation and other logistical requirements for foreign buyers	25-OCT-2019.
7.	Intimation from FICCI about Airport pick-up facilities and other arrangements to welcome delegates	31-OCT-2019.

We would like to inform you that they will host 10-12 delegates per country on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS and subject to appropriateness of profile and approval by the screening committee. A token cash amount of USD 100/- against refundable registration fee shall be deposited by all the invited delegates upon arrival to India.

Please also note that all the recommended delegates are required to register online on the event website link: http://www.ficci-hes.com/Hosted-Delegate-Registration.php and send back the duly filled FHES 2019 Registration Form (MS Word file) along with photo, passport and employee photo ID LATEST BY 15 July, 2019.
