Registration As Non-Resident Indian Voter

As per Section 20(A) of Representation of the People Act, 1950, every citizen of India is entitled to be included in the electoral roll of eligible voters even if he/she is not resident in India. Registration will be for the constituency covering the permanent address in India given in the Passport.
