BHEL has published an open tender T/3990/9/4690K2 for  "HEAT RESISTANT STEEL BARS FOR TURBINE BLADES, GRADE: X13CrMoCoVNbNB9-2-1" due for opening on 17.06.2020 has been extended to 27.06.2020
