Glimpses of Republic Day ceremony held at Embassy of India in Beirut.

Ambassador Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan hoisted the Tricolor, paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and read out the Address to the Nation by Hon’ble Rashtrapatiji.

 

In light of the ongoing lockdown & nation-wide curfew in Lebanon, the ceremony was limited to Embassy staff & their families. The larger Indian community joined the celebrations virtually.
