Remembering the Indian Soldiers

On November 21, Ambassador of India to Lebanon Dr Suhel Ajaz Khan, along with Second Secretary Shri Sandeep Grover, joined Commonwealth ambassadors & other dignitaries at the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, Beirut to attend the Remembrance Day and to pay respects to the soldiers who lost their lives in the two World Wars.

A total of 447 Indian soldiers who lost their lives in the two World Wars are laid to rest in various cemeteries in Lebanon.
